29 June 2006. THE Kenwood TEXIO FGX 293 arbitrary function generator from Power Parameters can store functions of 500K word length with 12-bit resolution and in a frequency range from 10µHz to 31MHz.
In arbitrary function mode, the Kenwood TEXIO FGX 293 can sample at 50 mega samples/sec.
Waveforms can be output in continuous, triggered, gate or in burst mode with internal or external reference.
Modulation modes include AM, FM and FSK. The editing functions include increment, line draw and defined waveform.
Kenwood TEXIO provides its Wave-X editing function for the FGX 293 on its website from which it can be conveniently downloaded.
Standard waveforms include sinewave, squarewave and triangular wave and for these linear and logarithmic sweeps may be selected.
Standard interfaces provided are RS232 and GPIB.
