7 February 2006 -- Process Analyser Systems reports that major special gas suppliers specify Teledyne's precision cost effective instrument, the model 3000TA-XL high sensitivity trace oxygen analyzer, as a cost-effective instrument for measuring oxygen in the 0-1ppm region. This analyser offers three dynamic, user-configurable ranges and can be calibrated in any range. The instrument comes standard with two sets of analogue outputs for oxygen concentration and range identification.

A bi-directional RS-232C serial communication interface provides for remote monitoring and control of span and zero functions.

Panel mount or bulkhead mount options available.

Applications include air liquifaction and separation, gas purity certification, pure gaseous hydrocarbon stream monitoring, petrochemical chemical processes, furnace applications, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Advantages: 0-1ppm full scale capability, linearity of analysis across three user selectable ranges, maintenance-free O2 sensor.
