Included among the new products are a new control unit for small machines, having two separated safety circuits for a sensor and an emergency stop; a control unit with two safety outputs and two sensor inputs; a non-contact sensor system with integrated safety output, control output and status LED; and coded magnet sensors with N/O and N/C contacts plus an additional N/O circuit for use as a control contact, in 3 different housing configurations, all featuring wide operating distance and misalignment values.

Offering a highly cost-effective entry into digital image processing, these new models are very easy to use in applications where interlaced analogue cameras and framegrabbers have traditionally been used. Integrated Smart Functions take over essential functions of the frame-grabber.

The two-component light screen enables simple commissioning. The signal processor is entirely integrated in the receiver housing and can be configured via six DIP switches. A 3-digit display and a LED bargraph indicate the status and the orientation of the emitter and the receiver. If required, the configuration can also be implemented with the delivered software.
