Current Relay Switch with State Logger Series Records On/Off Status Signal
Submitted by Don on Fri, 2008-02-01 10:43. The non-contact, relay switches detect when power is present. A built-in relay switch provides an "ON" status signal when power is present. When power is absent, the relay switch deactivates to provide an "OFF" status signal. Combined with the MadgeTech State Loggers, "ON/OFF" transition data is captured and recorded with a time and date stamp to provide power ON/OFF information.

Data Logging Solutions For Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization
Submitted by Don on Fri, 2008-02-01 10:29. As federal regulations mandate records for each EtO
sterilization cycle, these recorded readings can then be
entered into validation documents within the soft-
ware to validate a successful sterilization cycle.
The Pacific Sensor Technologies PST-Temp1000IS Series has become the data logger of choice amongst the EtO sterilization industry.

New From Pacific Sensor Technologies: PST- PRHTemp2000 series data loggers from Madgetech
Submitted by Don on Fri, 2008-02-01 10:23. The company’s latest line of data loggers pair large LCDs providing access to statistics, recording status, display options, and calibration information with an eight-button keypad. The logger spans a range of applications that include pressure, temperature, and humidity monitoring/recording.
First up, the Pacific Sensor Technologies PST-PRHTemp2000 targets applications requiring remote readings of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure. With an internal sensor, the instrument measures temperatures from -20°C to +60°C with a resolution of 0.1°C. Employing an integrated strain gauge.

Moteiv Announces New, Smaller Mote
Submitted by nestorb on Sun, 2007-06-10 13:47. Tmote Mini combines a Texas Instruments MSP430 microcontroller with a TI/Chipcon CC2420 low-power 2.4 GHz radio. The device is available in two configurations: The Standard module has 0 dBm (1mW) output power, while the Plus module's output power is +20 dBm (100mW). Both versions are compliant with the IEEE 802.15.4 Wireless Personal Area Network standard, and both can be used in networks already deployed with Moteiv's earlier Tmote Sky module.
