Models TMS320F28015/16 offer 12 KB RAM and 32 KB Flash, while TMS320F2801-60/02-60 offer 12 KB RAM and 32 or 64 KB Flash, respectively. Each provides complete control system capabilities and 60 MHz performance. Depending on device, communication interfaces include CAN, I2C, UART, and SPI ports.
