Compact, Noninvasive Nano Flow Sensor

The noninvasive nano flow sensor reports flow rate in the nanoliter through low microliter-per-minute range. Using the proprietary MEMS-based thermal anemometry technology, the instrument directly measures the mass-flow rate of liquids in an isolated flow channel and displays it on an LCD readout (end-user version). High sensitivity, ultrafast response, high accuracy and low drift are featured in the compact package.
