9/5/2006 Keithley Instruments recently introduced several new products for RF and microwave applications, and will be showcasing these at booth 343/345 at European Microwave Week, September 10 - 15 in Manchester, UK.
The new Model 2910 RF Vector Signal Generator features Software-Defined Radio (SDR) Architecture, patent-pending synthesizer technology, and unique power leveling techniques. It provides a flexible platform that utilizes software to adapt as test requirements change and reduces test time with the fastest frequency tuning, amplitude settling, and waveform switching available.
Designed to complement the Model 2910, the Model 2810 RF Vector Signal Analyzer employs innovative approaches to provide high-speed measurement and modulation analysis with flexibility, high ease of use, and a compact size. It allows manufacturers of mobile phones, mobile radios, cordless phones, wireless sensors, and other industrial/medical telemetry products to reduce test times, capital equipment costs, and test system development time.
Finally, the Model 3500 Portable RF Power Meter is a compact, handheld instrument for measuring average RF power conveniently in both field and R&D lab environments. Keithley claims this is the first instrument of its kind in the market, enabling laboratory accuracy in a handheld package.
Keithley will feature all of the above products at the show, in addition to its other test and measurement solutions.
