Avago Advances Gate Drive Optocoupler Portfolio

Avago’s integrated ACPL-332J and -331J intelligent gate drivers improve precision motor inverters by featuring Active Miller Clamp, integrated Vce desaturation detection, under voltage lockout protection, built-in IGBT shut down, and isolated open collector fault feedback. Active Miller clamping eliminates the need for a negative gate drive, saving negative power supply and PCB space.
Optocouplers extend creepage and clearance
