IR Microbolometer Detector suits industrial applications. ULIS Introduces Its Latest 160 x 120 Pixels Infrared Detector for Low-
Submitted by nestorb on Wed, 2006-10-25 12:04. Operating at room temperature, uncooled UL 02 05 1 features 160 x 120 pixel microbolometer focal plane array with 35 micron pitch and 8–14 micron spectral response. It uses amorphous silicon microbolometer technology that is compatible with CMOS silicon processes, and focal plane array sensor is integrated into miniaturized housing. Detector is adapted for thermal imagery and medium spatial resolution in military and civil applications.
Near-IR camera
Submitted by nestorb on Sat, 2006-09-30 22:57. It includes a thermoelectrically cooled, 320 × 256 mercury cadmium telluride focal-plane array that has high quantum efficiency (greater than 70%) and a spectral response of 0.8–2.5 µm. The broader response—compared with that of indium gallium arsenide–based cameras—covers the water absorption band at 1.95 µm
