Calibration System operates on broad range of presses.

With Mate Pilot(TM) Tool Calibration System, users can verify and restore angular and concentric alignment of punching stations of most thick turret punch presses, including those with eccentric turrets. System features interlocking design with spring-loaded lock pawl mechanism, and tricolor LED indicator lights for 1¼ in. B, 2 in. C, 3½ in. D, and 4½ in. E stations. LEDs indicate when system is not yet aligned, and when it is aligned angularly and concentrically within 0.012 and 0.0003 in.
