31 March 2006 -- Biode and Vectron International have entered into a major partnership agreement wherein both companies will share and coordinate acoustic wave viscosity sensor design and technology expertise and will engage in the global manufacturing and delivery of the current Biode ViSmart suite of viscosity measurement sensors for target markets. As part of the partnership, both Biode and Vectron will share sales channels and marketing activities, while focusing on bringing to market some next generation viscosity sensors that are plug-n-play and embed additional functionality. Also, Rick Hajec, President of Vectron, will join the Biode Board of Directors.
