9 December 2005 - Meterman has introduced a low-cost, differential and leakage clamp multimeter to provide a complete solution for measurements of current leakage, fault current and current pickup of instruments in service and maintenance areas in accordance with DIN VDE0701/0702. The new Meterman AC 50 leakage current clamp meter offers a resolution of 10uA to detect even the smallest AC leakage currents. It will measure up to 60A AC, as well as AC voltages, continuity and resistance.

It features a 4000 count digital LCD display with analogue bargraph, manual ranging, and buttons for min/max, to catch intermittents, and autohold, to freeze the display.

The AC 50 has been certified for safety to Cat III 300V, and comes complete with battery, operating manual, heavy duty test leads, a convenient soft carrying case and with Meterman's one year 'no-hassle' warranty.
